The Knights of St. John International in Sierra Leone operates under a structured leadership hierarchy, with the Supreme Subordinate Board serving as the highest national decision-making authority. This board oversees two Grand Commanderies, each with its own leadership structure dedicated to serving members and communities across Sierra Leone.
